Ms. Donna M. Andrew was born in Concord,
California. She attended Perry High School in Perry, Ohio. Upon graduation
from high school, Ms. Andrew attended Bowling Green State University,
earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English/political science and
a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Prior to entering law
school, Ms. Andrew was employed by the Henry County, Ohio Commissioners
as a planning administrator and infrastructure grant coordinator.
Ms. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor Degree from Cleveland-Marshall College
of Law, Cleveland State University. While attending Cleveland-Marshall,
Ms. Andrew concentrated in litigation and trial advocacy through coursework
and by completing two years on the Environmental Law Moot Court Team.
After law school, Ms. Andrew began her law career as corporate counsel
for Centerior Energy in Independence before joining the City of
Cleveland Law Department, where she practiced in the area of general
litigation, focusing on civil rights and wrongful death cases. Ms.
Andrew’s
practice at Pepple & Waggoner, Ltd. includes contract negotiations,
workers' compensation, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practices,
and employee discipline matters, as well as general representation.
Ms. Andrew is a member of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys
and the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations. She is admitted
to practice in all Ohio State Courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern
District of Ohio , and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
