Mr. Thomas C. Holmes attended Miami University,
where he graduated cum laude in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
and a minor in Applied Ethics/Philosophy.
Mr. Holmes earned a Juris Doctor Degree from the Case Western Reserve
University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2001. While attending
Case Western Reserve University, Mr. Holmes achieved, with honors,
a concentration in litigation by completing a wide range of courses
in trial advocacy.
After law school, Mr. Holmes started his practice with Pepple &
Waggoner, Ltd. Currently, Mr. Holmes focuses on general school law
representation and has represented schools in employee disciplinary
proceedings, grievance arbitrations, civil rights claims, collective
bargaining, and community school matters.
Mr. Holmes is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations
and the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys. Mr. Holmes is licensed
to appear before all state courts in Ohio, the U.S. District Court
for the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Sixth Circuit.
