Tony advises school boards on a variety of litigation and general school law matters, including employee and student discipline, the First Amendment, and other litigation before Ohio courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Tony received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.  Following these undergraduate studies, Tony attended CSU College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Dean’s Leadership Fellow.  During law school, Tony worked within CSU’s civil litigation clinic where he gained valuable experience representing clients in labor and employment disputes.  Upon graduation from law school, Tony worked at a full-service law firm where he gained substantial school law and civil litigation experience.  Having found the work he did on behalf of schools to be meaningful, Tony decided to join Pepple & Waggoner to pursue this passion.

In his free time, Tony enjoys going to the movies, trying new restaurants around Cleveland, and adding to his record collection.
