GREGG
C. SINGLEMr. Gregg C. Single was born and
raised in Rochester, New York. He graduated from John Carroll University
in Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics
Degree in 2002 from the Boler School of Business. Mr. Single earned
his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the Cleveland-Marshall College
of Law, Cleveland State University, graduating magna cum laude. While
in law school, Mr. Single was the Managing Editor of the Journal
of Law and Health. Mr. Single had his note published by the Journal
of Law and Health, writing United States v. Sell: Forced Administration
of Antipsychotic Medication. Are you Dangerous or Not?,

297 (2006). Mr. Single served an externship with the Honorable Judge
Michael A. Telesca, Western District of New York, in 2003. Additionally,
Mr. Single was a Small Claims Court Mediator at the Cleveland Municipal
Court from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Single presently focuses his practice
on general school law representation. Mr. Single is a member of the
American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cuyahoga County
Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, and the Ohio Council
of School Board Attorneys. Mr. Single is licensed to appear before
all State courts in Ohio.
