Special education law can present complex problems for school districts. As parents become more knowledgeable about their rights with respect to their child’s education, school boards find themselves subject to ever-increasing special education demands.
Our goal is to empower the district with the knowledge to provide the services special education students need within the requirements of state and federal law.
