SERB
has a statutory role in overseeing employment relations in Ohio's
public schools. This role includes overseeing employee representation
elections, the makeup of collective bargaining units, and the processing
of unfair labor practice charges. Members of the firm have practiced
before SERB in all areas of its jurisdiction, from filing and defending
unfair labor practice charges to participating in SERB fact finding.
