Cheryl Maimona retired as a partner from Pepple & Waggoner and currently serves as Of-Counsel. Mrs. Maimona represents school boards in special education, employee discipline matters, and general representation issues. After graduation from law school, she served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, including First Assistant Prosecutor and Chief of the Civil Division for Logan County, and represented all of the Logan County school boards for several years. Prior to joining Pepple & Waggoner, Cheryl worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Summit County handling school and labor law matters.  She also was a partner in the Logan County law firm of MacGillivray, O’Connor & Thorpe concurrent with her role as Assistant Prosecutor.  During that time, she was also President of the Logan County Bar Association and was the solicitor for the Villages of Belle Center, Quincy, and West Mansfield, Ohio.

Mrs. Maimona is a member of the Rotary Club of Hudson Clocktower and Leadership Hudson.
