Mrs. Maimona is an Associate with Pepple & Waggoner with over twenty years of legal experience working primarily in the area of public law. Mrs. Maimona represents school districts in special education, employee discipline matters, and general representation issues. In addition to her public law practice, Mrs. Maimona also has experience in real estate and construction law. After graduation from law school, she served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, including First Assistant Prosecutor and Chief of the Civil Division for Logan County, and represented all of the Logan County school boards for several years. She has also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, and as special counsel to the City of Hammond, Indiana. Prior to joining Pepple & Waggoner, Mrs. Maimona worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Summit County handling school and labor law matters.
