Dan Lautar is an Associate at Pepple & Waggoner and head of the firm’s Cincinnati office. Dan advises school boards on a variety of subjects, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and student discipline matters. He also serves as the firm’s primary Board policy author, providing clients with complete Board policy manuals, and continuous updates, to ensure compliance with an ever-changing array of education laws and regulations.
Dan grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and attended Miami University, where he double majored in Political Science and Journalism and graduated magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University. When not practicing law, Dan is involved with several charitable non-profit organizations in southwest Ohio, and would bat clean-up on a law firm softball team, if Pepple & Waggoner had one.
