Glenn Waggoner was a managing partner at Pepple & Waggoner. He is now retired from the practice of law. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism, Glenn worked as a newspaper reporter and Washington correspondent for Ohio newspapers, including The Columbus Dispatch. He earned his law degree while working as a journalist in Washington. He then worked for two years on Capitol Hill as a Congressional Aide for two Subcommittees of the United States House of Representatives. In his years of legal practice, Glenn concentrated in the area of litigation. In addition, he was experienced in numerous other areas of school law which were relevant to the firm’s clients, including collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations.
