Mr. Waggoner has served Of Counsel to the firm of Pepple & Waggoner since retiring from full-time practice in 2013. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism, Mr. Waggoner worked as a newspaper reporter and Washington correspondent for Ohio newspapers, including The Columbus Dispatch. He earned his law degree while working as a journalist in Washington. He then worked for two years on Capitol Hill as a Congressional Aide for two Subcommittees of the United States House of Representatives. In his years of legal practice, Mr. Waggoner has concentrated in the area of litigation. In addition, he is experienced in numerous other areas of law which are relevant to the firm’s clients, including collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations.
