Mark J. Jackson

Of-Councel

Mark Jackson serves as Of-Counsel with Pepple & Waggoner. Mark represents public schools in a variety of areas, concentrating in labor contract negotiations, property acquisitions, construction of public improvements, compliance with federal employment and health care laws, public records, personnel matters, and general school law representation. Before joining Pepple & Waggoner, Mark worked as a staff attorney at the Twelfth District Court of Appeals of Ohio, where he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Robert P. Ringland.

Mark grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio, and attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he received his J.D. In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching his sons’ baseball teams, watching classic movies, and reading about golf course architecture. Mark remains an avid golfer and serves as a golf course rater for a national publication.
