Milko Cecez

Associate Attorney

Milko Cecez is an experienced trial attorney, having worked for five years as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s office prior to joining Pepple & Waggoner. In addition to general litigation, his practice focuses on representing school boards in workers’ compensation matters, compliance with public records laws, Ohio Ethics law issues, negotiations, and personnel matters.

Milko is a magna cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing, and served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Health. Mr. Cecez is also a magna cum laude graduate of John Carroll University, where he studied Political Science, Philosophy and English, and was a two-time all-conference and all-Ohio selection in soccer, and captain of the team.

Milko and his wife are the proud parents of two children. In his spare time, Milko enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with family.
