Samuel Robb

Associate Attorney

Sam Robb advises school boards on a variety of litigation and general school law matters, including representing school boards in administrative hearings regarding employee discipline; discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and the Office for Civil Rights; and other litigation before Ohio courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Sam received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Alma College, where he also played collegiate football. Following undergrad, Sam attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Employment Law and the Ohio State Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section Student Achievement Award. Prior to joining Pepple & Waggoner, Sam worked at a Plaintiff’s side employment firm where he gained extensive litigation experience.

In his free time, Sam is an avid reader, football fan, and Jiu Jitsu practitioner.
